The Azim Clinic is based in Appledore, Kent (TN26 2BJ). We serve patients from across Kent including Ashford (15 min), Tenterden (9 min), Rye (8 min), Cranbrook, Hythe, and the wider Weald.
How do I book?

Call or WhatsApp 07413 812 129, email hello@theazimclinic.co.uk, or use the contact form. We typically respond within a few hours. A £50 deposit secures your appointment, deducted from your final bill.
How soon can I get an appointment?

Same-week appointments are often available — sometimes same-day for consultations. The simplest way to check is to WhatsApp Dr Niru directly. Treatment slots usually book 1-2 weeks ahead.
Can I pay by instalments or use Klarna?

We currently accept card, cash and bank transfer. Pay-in-instalments via Klarna is on our 2026 roadmap — get in touch if this matters to you and we'll prioritise it. The £50 deposit secures your slot; the balance is due on the day of treatment.
What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the £50 deposit (this covers the slot a waiting patient could have used). No-shows forfeit the deposit. We'll always be reasonable about genuine emergencies.
