Before Treatment

Do I need a consultation before treatment?

Yes. Every first-time patient has a free, no-obligation consultation with Dr Niru. She assesses your facial anatomy, discusses your goals, explains suitable options, and creates a personalised plan. There is never any pressure to proceed on the day.

How long does a consultation take?

Typically 30 minutes. Some patients prefer longer and we're happy to accommodate. The consultation is free and unhurried.

Can I have treatment on the same day as my consultation?

Yes, if you want to and Dr Niru confirms it's appropriate. You're also welcome to take time to think and book treatment for another day.

Do I need to bring anything to my consultation?

+

A list of medications you take, any allergies, and a clear idea of what bothers you (not what treatment you think you want). Photos in good daylight can be helpful too.

What are Dr Niru's qualifications?

Dr Niru Azim is a GDC-registered dental surgeon with over 15 years of medical experience. Qualified from MAHE University (BDS, 2005), she has specialised in cosmetic treatments and facial aesthetics for over a decade.

Why a dental surgeon for aesthetic treatments?

Do you offer before & after photos?

Due to UK advertising regulations (ASA/CAP Code), we cannot publish before & after photos for prescription-only treatments publicly. We can discuss examples privately during your consultation with your consent.

Do you offer combined treatments or packages?

Yes. Many patients benefit from a combination approach. See our packages page, or discuss a bespoke plan at your free consultation.

Safety

What happens if something goes wrong?

Before treatment, Dr Niru will explain the clinic's complications and escalation protocol. If you ever have severe symptoms or vision changes after filler, call 999 or attend A&E rather than relying on a website, voicemail or WhatsApp message.

Is it safe to have treatments while pregnant?

No — we don't treat pregnant or breastfeeding patients. See our pregnancy safety guide for full details.

Do you use licensed products?

Yes. We only use MHRA-approved, CE-marked products sourced directly from licensed UK distributors — never grey-market or online-sourced products.

Pricing & Booking

How much do treatments cost?

Prices start from £150 for anti-wrinkle injections, £200 for lip or dermal fillers, £250 for Profhilo, and £50 for an Obagi consultation. Full transparent price list available on our pricing page.

Do you require a deposit?

Joining the August opening priority list is free. Once booking opens, a £50 deposit secures a confirmed appointment and is deducted from the final treatment cost.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice: full deposit refund. Within 48 hours: deposit retained.

Do you offer finance?

+

Finance is not planned at launch. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed before booking opens.

How do I book?

Until booking opens, join the August priority list online or contact 07413 812 129 by phone or WhatsApp. Joining does not confirm an appointment. Priority enquiries will be contacted when suitable consultation slots are released.

Where are you based?

The Azim Clinic is at Sunset Lodge, Woodchurch Road, Appledore, Kent TN26 2BJ. Easily accessible from Ashford (15 min), Tenterden (9 min), Rye (8 min), Cranbrook (22 min), New Romney (9 min), and the wider Weald.

Is there parking?

Yes, free off-street parking for clients.

Do you offer home visits?

No — all treatments are performed at our clinical premises to ensure proper hygiene, emergency equipment access, and infection control standards.

Aftercare

How soon can I go back to work?

Immediately, for most treatments. Any mild swelling or redness usually resolves within hours. Full aftercare guides available per treatment.

Can I exercise after treatment?

Wait 24-48 hours for intense exercise after any injectable treatment. Gentle activity is fine.

What if I have concerns after treatment?

+

Confirmed patients will receive treatment-specific aftercare contact instructions. For severe symptoms or any vision change after filler, call 999 or attend A&E; do not rely on a website or WhatsApp message for emergency care.
