These terms apply to your use of theazimclinic.co.uk. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you become a patient, separate treatment terms (consent forms, treatment plans, payment terms) will apply and will be provided in writing at consultation.
1. About us
The site is operated by Dr Niru Azim, trading as Dr Niru Azim Aesthetics, a clinician-led aesthetic practice based in Appledore, Kent, TN26. Dr Niru is a GDC-registered dental surgeon (No. 170811).
2. Information is general guidance, not medical advice
All information on this site — including treatment descriptions, FAQs, blog posts, the treatment quiz and the candidacy checks — is for general educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for a clinical consultation and does not constitute medical advice. Suitability for any treatment can only be confirmed during a face-to-face consultation, after a full medical history is taken.
3. Pricing
Prices shown are guide prices, accurate at the time of publication. Final pricing for your specific treatment plan will be confirmed at consultation and depends on the products and quantities required. A free, no-obligation consultation is offered before any treatment.
4. Booking and consultations
Submitting an enquiry via the contact form, WhatsApp or phone is a request to arrange a consultation; it is not a booking confirmation. Confirmed appointments are arranged in writing or by phone after we have responded to your enquiry.
5. Intellectual property
All text, photographs, branding and design on this site are the property of Dr Niru Azim Aesthetics unless stated otherwise. You may share links to pages on the site freely. You may not republish, reproduce or sell the content without our written permission.
6. External links
The site links to external resources (e.g. the GDC register, the ICO, professional bodies). We are not responsible for the content of those external sites and including a link does not imply endorsement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information on the site.
