Your Consultation
The consultation allows time to explain your concern, provide relevant health information, ask questions and discuss suitable options, limitations and alternatives without pressure to proceed.
Your Treatment Plan
If an option may be suitable, you receive a written plan covering expected limits, material risks, alternatives, timing and the full price. You can take time to decide whether to proceed.
Your Treatment
Treatment is a separate decision and proceeds only after suitability, consent and any prescribing requirements are met. The product, duration, comfort measures and aftercare are confirmed for the individual plan.
Aftercare
After treatment, you'll receive written aftercare instructions and the appropriate contact route for follow-up questions. A medical emergency always requires 999 or A&E rather than a website message.
Your Follow-Up
The appropriate follow-up timing, contact route and any cost are confirmed before treatment. Any adjustment requires a fresh assessment and is never automatic.
