Step 1: The Consultation

Every treatment journey begins with an appropriate consultation. Duration, price and booking terms should be confirmed in advance. The consultation is your opportunity to:

• Receive honest, professional advice

Dr Niru will review relevant history, assess your concerns and explain suitable options, limitations, risks and alternatives. A consultation may also conclude that no treatment or referral to another professional is appropriate.

Step 2: Your Treatment Plan

If an option may be suitable after assessment, the process is to provide written information covering:

• Any options that may be suitable
• Expected limits, material risks and alternatives
• A written total before treatment
• Consent, timing, aftercare and urgent-contact information

Step 3: The Treatment

Treatment is not assumed at the consultation. If an option is suitable and you decide to proceed, Dr Niru will explain the consent, prescribing and timing requirements and agree an appropriate next step.

Procedure duration and comfort measures depend on the option agreed. These are explained in advance, including relevant limitations and risks.

Step 4: Aftercare

You will receive treatment-specific aftercare and urgent-contact information. Expected effects, activity restrictions and recovery vary, so do not assume an immediate return to every activity.

Step 5: Your Follow-Up

The follow-up, contact route and any cost will be agreed before treatment. An adjustment is never automatic and requires a fresh assessment.
